Refund Policy
The initial consultation fee payable prior to consultation is non-refundable.
This Initial Consultation Agreement is made between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Caroline Makau (the “RCIC”), Membership number R533077 and with Client with the name stated on attached booking.
The initial consultation shall provide the client with comprehensive analysis and sufficient information on relevant immigration programs, an understanding of their eligibility and the next steps to take.
The client is expected to provide RCIC with required information, such as completed consultation assessment at least 48 hours prior to the consultation.
The client is obliged to pay a fee of either CAD$100 or CAD$200 (plus applicable tax)
This agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the province of Manitoba, and the federal laws of Canada therein.
Please be advised that Caroline Makau is a member in good standing of College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC-CCIC) and, as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics and Regulation.
Limits of Engagement
The initial consultation is for information purposes only and does not constitute as representation.
The Initial consultation is limited to up to 60 minutes at a cost of $200.00 CAD and $100.00 CAD for up to 30 minutes.
Credit towards Retainer Agreement
If the client retains the RCIC for representation within two weeks of the initial consultation, fees paid towards the consultation ill be credited towards the retainer agreement.
